York Racecourse to host wedding fair
A bridal show due to be held in the north-east is hoping to attract more than 1,000 individuals this Sunday (April 1st).
The Yorkshire Living Brides Wedding Fair will run from 11:00 BST until 16:00 BST, with guests allowed free entry and parking, the local Press newspaper reports.
York Racecourse will host the event, which will feature 70 trade stands showcasing photography, jewellery, transportation, wedding insurance, catering, floristry and entertainment.
There will also be two catwalk shows held on the day that aim to help inspire couples looking for gowns and suits, as well as guests attending ceremonies this summer.
Organiser and business manager at the Press Alison Spaven said: "It's a great mix of things and you really can get everything you need for your wedding in one place. Anyone who doesn't find what they are looking for should let us know."
Earlier this month, Mount Hotel Tettenhall hosted a bridal fair organised by Wolverhampton Magazine and attended by 35 exhibitors, the Shropshire Star recently reported.
