World Equestrian Games recieves 60 entries

It has been confirmed that 60 countries will be competing in the 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games in Kentucky.

For most horsemen, the FEI World Equestrian Games are considered to be the most important international equestrian championships that exists. With  at least 60 countries entering to go into the competition , the World Games 2010 Foundation anticipates as many as 800 athletes could compete.

A spokesperson for The World Equestrian Games said, “With 60 countries expressing an interest in attendance at the Games, the World Games 2010 Foundation anticipates as many as 800 athletes could compete.”

The event will take place at the Lexington Kentucky Horse Park. Individual athletes and final entries will be announced in August.
