Shark leaves angler reeling
A woman in the US was left reeling after a five-foot shark intercepted her effort to catch a fish.
Sarah Brame may have to claim on her angling insurance for a damaged rod following the incident in South Carolina.
The 20-year-old was reeling in a fish as her fiance William Moore filmed the event on his camera.
However, as the catch came to the surface, a large bull shark leapt out of the water and snatched the fish.
On the video, Ms Brame can be heard screaming: "It's a shark, a shark, a big-ass shark."
Despite her best efforts to land a catch for dinner, the predator made off with the fish and snapped the angler's line in the process.
So far this year, there have been several incidents of shark attacks off the coast of Myrtle Beach, with four victims having to be admitted to hospital for treatment last month.
