More National Awards Recognition for E&L!
In terms of national recognition, it has been a fantastic 2016 for E&L. Alongside our inclusion in the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain in 2016 and the Feefo Trusted Merchant Accreditation, we have also been shortlisted for the UK Financial Services Experience Award and landed the auspicious title of Best Online Pet Insurance Provider at the YourMoney.com 2016 Awards. But the accolades haven’t stopped rolling in…
We are absolutely overjoyed to announce that E&L has been shortlisted for two categories in the UK Customer Experience Awards 2016!
Created to recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across a variety of financial services sectors and disciplines, the Awards showcase the organisations and the talented teams and individuals within them, who are leading the way when it comes to delivering outstanding customer experience.
Finalists in each of the categories will present their entry to a team of experienced Judges at Park Plaza, Westminster in London on Friday the 23rd September. After judging has taken place, the winners will be announced during a gala lunch & celebration – a well-deserved reward for Judges, Finalists and guests!
Francis Martin, Chief Executive Officer of The Equine and Livestock Insurance Company Limited, had this to say:
“The announcement of our nomination as Finalist in both the Insurance Services and Business Change categories of the UK Customer Experience Awards 2016 is yet more recognition of the constant improvement and development that we strive for. Along with our YourMoney.com 2016 Award for Best Online Pet Insurance Provider and our nomination as a finalist in two categories at the UK Financial Services Experience Awards 2016, it demonstrates the effort being put in by every single one of our team and is reward for that hard work and dedication.”
Neil Copping, General Manager of Awards International, said:
“We are delighted to announce the Finalists of the UK Customer Experience Awards. The quality of entries has been impressive. It’s inspirational to see so many Financial Services organisations taking CX seriously and using it to deliver great business results. I would like to congratulate all the Finalists and look forward to celebrating and rewarded their success at the Awards ceremony.”
Owned by Awards International, the Awards is run in partnership with Customer Experience Magazine and Cranfield School of Management
