Madonna has taken a tumble after her horse spooked at a photographer hiding in some bushes. Madonna was out enjoying a healthy hack in New York’s Long
Island on Saturday 18th April. The singer has been staying with her friends in The Hamptons when the accident occurred.
Her spokesperson has told reporters that the 50 year old celebrity fell off her horse when paparazzi jumped out of a bush to take a photograph of the singer. Madonna has suffered minor injuries and bruising following her fall. The star went to hospital for checks but she was later released. Madonna was wearing a riding hat when the fall occurred.
This is not the first time that Madonna has publicly taken a fall. In 2005 Madonna fell from her horse and suffered from cracked ribs, broken collarbone and a broken hand.
The truth behind horse-riding as with any sport is that you run the risk of becoming injured.
