Gail Porter opens caravan show
The 2014 Scottish Caravan Show has got underway this week, with a famous face on hand to open the proceedings in Glasgow.
According to a report by the Evening Times newspaper, television presenter Gail Porter had her face projected on to the side of the Armadillo in Glasgow to mark the start of the exhibition.
The stunt referred back to a nude photo of Porter being beamed on to the Houses of Parliament in London in 1999.
The Scottish Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Home Show is now attracting enthusiasts from all over the country and it will be running at the SECC in Glasgow until Sunday (February 9th), with the exhibition open from 10:00 to 18:00 GMT each day.
Features such as a farmers' market, wine tasting and a kids' climbing wall have been set up for attendees to enjoy at the event, along with bungee trampoline and caravan towing and manoeuvring sessions.
One lucky visitor will also get the chance to win a fantastic Roller Team Autoroller 685 Motorhome for one year.
