Dog goes barking mad for a swing

A dog named Sarah has been photographed enjoying her days in a local park. She’s not been running around barking like you may expect but she has instead taken to swinging in the local park’s swing. Sara is a Labrador-Chow cross who goes berserk even at the mention of the word ‘swing’. Her owner Erik Lanier realised Sara’s love for swings when he took her to the park with his three children aged 9, 11 and 15. Erik says “judging by her reaction when we say the ‘S’ word to her I’d say that it’s clear that being on that swing is her favourite place. She doesn’t even go as crazy when we ask if she wants to go for a walk.” Erik takes Sara to the park at least three times a week to keep her happy. Erik thinks that Sara sits contentedly and smiles when she is being pushed in the swing. “She hasn’t got the build to be able to keep the momentum going herself so I have to stand by and push. I’m sure if she could get up there on her own and rock herself she would do it alone.” Sara sits in the child’s swing just like a child with her Daddy pushing her. Majority of the park visitors often get a big shock when they walk by. Erik supports this by saying “people walking past don’t seem to notice at first and then we see them double-take. A lot of them come over and laugh with us. They can’t believe how much she enjoys it.”
