Bracie Gilda wins 11th Championship Cat Show
A blue tortoiseshell and white Persian cat called Bracie Gilda has won the best in show gong at the 11th Championship Cat Show in Twyford, cat insurance customers might be interested to learn.
The puss was one of nearly 60 contestants in the competition, which was hosted by the Longhair Cream and Blue-Cream Cat Association (LCBCCA), reports Get Reading.
Best in show adult went to Sheerbliss Enrico, while cat insurance customers might be interested to hear that it was a blue-cream Persian called Firanty Latoya that won the best in show kitten award.
Kim Board-Allam, chairman of the LCBCCA, said the event went “really well” and that there were plenty of visitors from the community.
Those who prefer canines to felines might be following Crufts, which takes place this weekend in Birmingham.
Last year, the competition’s best in show award was claimed by a seven-year-old Hungarian Vizla called Yogi.
