Area Classification
- Area A: All counties other than those in Area B or Area C
- Area B: Berkshire, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Middlesex and Surrey

Excess
The excess is the amount you pay towards a claim. It is from £69–£99 (dependent on the area of the country and the plan type you have chosen), plus, under Vet's Fees, 35% of the remaining claim except public liability claims where the excess is £250.
