- All animals must be vaccinated against kennel cough, parvo-virus, distempter, hepatitis, leptospirosis, enteritis for cats and feline flu.

- Do you offer any discounts?
- Yes, we offer discounts for the kennel/cattery owners to insure their own cats and dogs under our pet insurance schemes.

- How large can my kennel/cattery be?
- We cover kennels and catteries that hold up to 100 animals at any one time, however should you wish to insure for an establishment that holds more pets than this, please contact us and we will provide you with a quotation.

- If a cat or dog becomes ill whilst in my care will they be covered?
- Yes, each cat or dog will be covered for vet's fees and death, so long as there were no signs of illness when the pet was taken into your care.

- If personal accident occurs, are we covered?
- Yes, you as the owner you will be covered should an injury as a result of accident at the kennel/cattery occur.

- Under our deluxe cover we do offer cover for replacement staff.
