Do the policies cover the costs of temporary accommodation?

Yes, temporary accommodation up to £50 per day (with a maximum of £2,000) is provided depending on the level of cover chosen.

Do the policies offer a discount for extra security measures?
A 10% discount is available for using approved tracker devices, manufactured by Phantom and Tracker and 5% if your caravan is stored in a CASSOA Gold storage location.

Not at present although this is something we may introduce in the future.

Do you offer new for old cover?
This varies between 1 and 5 years depending on the level of cover chosen and the age of the caravan.

When is my touring caravan covered?
Your touring caravan will be covered at all times, whether in storage, at your property or on a site as long as the required Security Requirements have been met.
