- How and when will I receive my policy review documents?
- Your policy review documents are sent to the address held on our records by post no later than 21 days prior to the policy review date. These documents should be retained by the policyholder for the forthcoming insurance period.
- Do I need to contact you after receipt of the policy review and when do I need to send payment?
- Should you wish to discuss any aspect of the policy review you are requested to contact the Renewals team on 0844 980 8921 in advance of the policy review date. In order to maintain continuous cover, we automatically renew your policy and we collect the renewal premium to be received by us in time for the policy review date. If payment is by cheque, you will need to send payment to us to be received in time for the policy review date.
- Can I request a copy of my policy documents and will there be a charge for this service?
- You may request a copy of your policy documents at anytime and a copy will be posted to you by post. We currently do not charge for this service.
- Will I receive a multi policy discount?
- Yes however you will need to contact the Renewals Team on 0844 980 8921 to apply for the discount prior to policy review date.
- Why do you automatically renew the policy at policy review?
- To ensure continuous cover your policy is automatically renewed, subject to receipt of the premium due. Your cancellation rights are unaffected and you may cancel the policy in accordance with the terms and conditions of your policy (see policy wording).
