- Greyhounds Zoe & Pete tie the knot
- September 23, 2010 | 0 Responses
Two greyhounds, Zoe and Pete, are getting married today at Wood Green Animal Shelter’s wedding pavilion in Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire. The happy couple have grown close to each other since spending time together at Wood Green so the Animal Shelter charity has decided to arrange a special wedding for the dogs so they would always be together. Nicola Tyler and Donna Fumie, the charity’s dog re-homers have even made little wedding outfits for the dogs: a little wedding dress for Zoe and a bow tie for Pete.
Nicola said: ‘Zoe and Pete came to us separately and have fallen in love during their time at Wood Green. They enjoy each other’s company so much that we have decided to home them together as a pair and hold a ceremony to seal their union.’
