Anne Guard, homeowner in Washougal America was hosting a wedding at her home last Friday night when a cougar cub wondered through the wedding reception. The cougar did no harm to any guests however, it did stop to stare at the attendants.

Ann Guard started that earlier in the week, they had noticed a big cougar “When we saw the big cougar I was very concerned, I think the mommy cougar was here first.”

Local authorities have made all local residents aware and warned them to keep an eye on children and pets whilst they are playing out. Wildlife officials mention that cougar sightings are rare, however they are becoming increasingly common.
