- Bridal trends ‘moving away from sleeveless gowns’

Wedding insurance customers may be interested to hear bridal trends in 2012 will see fewer women opting for sleeveless gowns.
This is according to Georgina Way, student liaison officer at The Wedding Planner School, who claimed laced sleeves, such as those seen on Kate Middleton's gown, are set to remain popular.
She explained that more and more ladies will opt for outfits that feature delicate sleeves, while satin-covered buttons will also be a big trend.
"You might see that running down the middle of the back of the dress – for brides and bridesmaids as well. [It is a] nice, sophisticated detail down the back," Ms Way remarked.
When it comes to trends for grooms, it was suggested taking a more active role will be a key element for men in the next year.
One area males will be focusing is on having elaborate stag dos overseas, with the traditional idea of merely heading out of town taking a backseat to a trip abroad.
A style advisor from A Suit That Fits recently claimed grey and navy colours are proving popular among grooms looking for their wedding attire.
