- Stingray lands on top of woman

Individuals looking for sailboat insurance quotes may be shocked to hear how one woman was pinned to the floor of a catamaran by a 300lb stingray.
The sea creature leapt from the water in Florida Keys and landed on top of Jenny Hausch, who was sailing with her husband and three children.
It is thought the eagle ray flipped itself into the boat accidentally as it was attempting to remove parasitic fish, which attach themselves to stingrays as they swim.
The 40-year-old was not seriously harmed by the incident but was trapped under the hefty creature for a number of minutes.
Fortunately, Ms Hausch managed to avoid being struck by the deadly barb and only suffered a slight bump to the head from the fall.
Perhaps the most famous victim of a stingray attack is former crocodile hunter Steve Irwin who was pierced in the heart while filming off the coast of Port Douglas in northern Australia.
